Very very horrible company, never get a happy card. Scam, Scam

Absolute utter waste of time. Never will I ever buy their gift cards. You cannot redeem their gift cards online. It's good for 5 retailers and the $17 i have left on this card cannot be used. What a crock.

First, I had to get a new card because the one I had expired. Then I tried it on 2 different merchant websites, and it only works if the Happy Her card has a higher balance than the total. You cannot pay the remaining balance with another credit card. Such a pain in the neck. Everything I want online costs more than the balance so I'm having a hard time using this card. And if you buy something that costs just under the total, you have dollars left that will be annoying to use up. Never again. This card is making me hate gift cards.

I was given happy cards and the balance is there but you can’t use them online so 1000.00 in happy cards are worthless

first 2 merchants wouldn't take card.. I called customer care for happy cards they said it had full balance and was merchants fault.. The third store I tried said it only works if you use exactly half the balance. So I got something out of the third merchant and still have half a balance left.. What a nightmare of an experience.. Shoppers and places can't sell these cards and merchants can't take part..

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS INSTEAD?? THEY SHOULD BE “UNHAPPY” INSTEAD We have experienced the worst time on Mother’s Day celebration after our meal at the restaurant attempting to redeem my wife’s gift card at the register which failed at the time, unfortunately. It was embarrassing, disappointing and wrong!! This company should be banned by law to operate rendering any similar services or products to avoid any kind of abuses !!

site plus que nul FUYEZ !!!!!! j'ai acheté l'an dernier 2 cartes de 20 euros chez eux que j'ai reconverti sur le site cache cache ( elles ne sont pas valable à l'achat dans les magasins ni en ligne) malgré de nombreux mails depuis près de 2 mois ( à part un IA qui ne comprend rien à rien et qui apprend tous le jours ( n’importe quoi vraiment lamentable ) aucun retour de leur part sachant que les cartes périment dans 2 jours ça veut dire 40 euros dans le vent, aucun numéro pour les appeler ni communication ni service client, je leur ai envoyé mon numéro de commande pour ces 2 cartes et depuis silence radio vraiment un site de m****, Mme ZELLER,

This company is horrible. I tried to use my card and it said there was a problem with payment information. I called the back of the card. They told me that I had zero dollars on it. I called again for them to tell me that I had $25 on & 2 dollars then when I checked the balance online, it says $25 but I am still unable to receive a new card in the mail or get into contact with the real life agent do not purchase these cards.
