I received a phone call and text personally from the owner letting me know what exactly was going on. I appreciated finally being heard and also received a refund last night as well. I have bought several Happy Blankies for sweet new babies in our family. They are beautifully made, soft and cozy. The idea that the company shares another blankie with a child in need, seals the deal!
