Delivery took a little longer than the website promises which was my past experience also.... and had to switch out the Dog for the Dino because it went out of stock after ordering. Dino is super cute so it works out. Hopefully the Dog is back in stock soon, would love to order one! Great blankets and my kids love them, worth the wait.

8/4/21 Happy Blankie has had a difficult past few months (Like many businesses) causing delays in orders and customer support. Once they finally reached out explaining this they redeemed themselves by making it right with my order. I am very happy with their blankets and hope they find the help they need to get back up on their feet! 5/28/21 I purchased a blanket one month ago and still have not received it. Almost 3 weeks after my purchase I received an email saying the blanket I purchased is now out of stock and I need to select another style. They claimed this was the 2nd email they sent but I never received one prior to this. I have responded twice to their email and still have not heard back from them. My gift recipient STILL has NOT received the gift I promised her. Very upsetting.

Blanket was not nearly as big as others I have that are the large.
:)
Good quality, thin and small, wish the small size was bigger. :) but overall good

Amazing company!! Great cause and high quality blankets. We now have 7 blankets (2 weighted). My only reason for 4 stars is the bow tie is thick. Would actually like a flat one so baby could lay on top of blanket. Otherwise will continue to love and support this amazing company!!!!

I would like to see the product with the additional colors added on the blankie as I order it. I want to see if colors will coordinate with each other ie: bows and script as well as the placement on the preferred blankie. Scrolling through the hundreds of facebook pictures is not always successful. The small dots of color are not useful in every instance.

Hi Elena, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We greatly appreciate your feedback, we're looking into a software upgrade and hope to have this feature available in the future.

I received a phone call and text personally from the owner letting me know what exactly was going on. I appreciated finally being heard and also received a refund last night as well. Hopefully things will turn around quickly and they will be back to the customer service that I was so used to in the past. Wishing them continued success with Happy Blankie!!

Love it! Received as a gift for my child, and then paid it forward. Love that a second blanket is gifted to someone in need. Would have been 5 stars, but it has been almost a month and my blanket still hasn't arrived. I hope it arrives before the baby does!
