Quality of your products are amazing! My only complaint is customer service could be better.

I had some trouble placing order. Got a confirmation number so know it has gone through. Been a week and haven’t heard from you. Called phone number to see about delivery. Left message and no one has called me back. 😢

Preordered a blanket that was supposed to be shipped November 2019. Received an email December 2019 that order was going to be delayed for a few months and they would send out biweekly updates on the status. Due to COVID-19 I expected it to be delayed but never received any other updates on the order. Have been emailing customer service for 3 weeks with no response. Update: I finally received a response and was issued a refund. Quick refund after receiving their email response.

Blanket was adorable, however size way smaller than originally thought. Too small for baby.

It is beautiful And my baby loves it but I added the bow and the stitches were not strong so after first wash bow got destroyed and after several washes the bow fell off 😢. Seems for the $10 add on needs to have a more secure stitches.

Love the product and the meaning behind it!!! I only rate it 3 stars because I wish they were more on top of sending out information on your order/pre-order. I have no idea when I will receive the item I order. All I know is that I ordered it, but even the order confirmation email has very little detail.

I love the product, but when my husband (we purchased 2 separate small Happy Blankies as both first time customers) received 2 blankies as a Receive one Give One I was a little sad that I never got the same. It is a nice product but at the same time please treat all customers the same if you offer incentives to one but not the other, especially if advertised. Thanks.

Great and very beautiful blankets. Only bad thing is after a few washes the blankets begin to fall apart.
