Happily ShoppeWe work hard to obtain the hardest to find, and most popular items from Disney Parks, and then make them available to others that might not live close to Disney or just want to order that perfect "sold-out everywhere" item from the comfort of home. They sell out fast and we love the hunt!

I was very very impressed with how fast I was able to receive my cup. I had a cup that had gotten shattered, and it was very sentimental to me. I was pleased to find that the same cup was available online, and I received it less than a week from when I ordered it.

William was super helpful and quick with a response for a question I had about one of their products. It also arrived very quickly after I ordered it. I would definitely order from them again.

Sent me a completely wrong cup, won’t answer my emails and only sent me a shipping label to return the wrong cup. No info concerning shipping me the right cup. I will not return the cup until I get a response.

We accidentally did ship a different version of the cup, but then sent a prepaid label to return and shipped the correct one in advance of the return. Sorry for the mixup but this was handled via email prior to 1 star, please reconsider

I picked these mugs out at the Christmas shoppe in MK to have them shipped home. Unfortunately I received someone else’s order and he received mine (he lived nearby). When I reached out to Disney to rectify they unfortunately were sold out of the mugs. I then asked the person who received mine if I could have them and even offered money. He said no he and his wife want to keep them. CAN YOU BELIVE THE AUDACITY???? Anyway I was thrilled to find this site where you had the mugs. It turned my frown upside down and can still consider them a momento from our wonderful family trip.
