Not only was the shipment late, but I selected and was charged for the Disney Parks Haunted Mansion Retractable ID Card Holder but was given Disney Parks Haunted Mansion ID Holder Lanyard Wallpaper Badge Holder Keychain. Very disappointed in my first interaction with your company.

Tracking didn't happen. Couldn't tell where my order was. No one responds to your email. No one answers your phone call, nor responds to your voice mail. Thought I was getting scammed for a minute there. Then I was asked to give a review, and when I did, the co. argued with me and implied that I was lying, which I'm not. What I said is true. They only responded to my email after I made a comment on Instagram (a public site). I can prove the tracking issue. I have screen shots. But the purse is beautiful!

Simply not true. Tracking is emailed automatically and you even send us an email by replying to the tracking email? Ordered July 16, and Delivered on July 21.
