The box arrived, and while it kind of was a makeshift box, it was reinforced to protect the contents. It arrived rather quickly, and the cookies were not broken. However, 2 boxes were missing!!!!! Total ripoff; not to be trusted

Obviously this was a mistake, we are not trying to rip anyone off for 2 boxes of cookies. Would have gladly refunded you or shipped the missing boxes there was no need for lashing out

This was my second time ordering from this online store. My orders were correct and in excellent condition. But my last order had a size issue. Trying to contact customer service 4 times though email. Absolutely no response. Very disappointed. Won't be shopping happily with them again.

This item was shipped and lost by USPS. A full refund was issued but customer never emailed us first about it. Sorry for the trouble but please let us know before leaving 1 star.

I still haven’t received my order. I don’t like having to download an app to track my order. The app says my order was delivered yesterday but I still haven’t received it

You do not have to download an app to track an order, that is just an optional app that Shopify offers/recommends. Sorry for any confusion.

Sent me a completely wrong cup, won’t answer my emails and only sent me a shipping label to return the wrong cup. No info concerning shipping me the right cup. I will not return the cup until I get a response.

We accidentally did ship a different version of the cup, but then sent a prepaid label to return and shipped the correct one in advance of the return. Sorry for the mixup but this was handled via email prior to 1 star, please reconsider
