Customer service was ON POINT AND AMAZING!! everything went smoothly including all questions, concerns as well as returns!! despite the bad reviews, this company is honest and trustworthy. the product i received was amazing— some of y’all are acting like it will solve all of your problems when in reality nothing will except yourself!! so don’t put such a huge expectation on it. i personally thought the product was great, worked well and had a good function, but at the end of the day, i could do without it :) i returned it smoothly (with customer service by my side) and got a full refund after 30 days of use!!! wonderful, great company. 5 stars, thank you so much!!

cheaply made product, odd material, looks like it was glued together in art class. Numerous firmware and connectivity issues with my sleep pad. Good luck talking to support, and even better luck getting a resolution. This is all before the questionable to non-existent results. I feel duped by pseudo-science and influencer fluff

I ordered the sleep pad. It never came. They said it was delayed, but I automatically charged for a monthly membership. I canceled the monthly membership, but they keep charging me. I’m going to have to cancel a third time now.

I had purchased 2 of the sleep pads for our household with the understanding we could use the pads without the subscription if we chose to once the temporary one ran out. That has not been the fact. I have contacted the company several times without a satisfactory answer. The subscritpion is not nominal, especially for 2 people. I would just like the option to use a "preprogrammed" applicaiton just to see if met out needs or if we should renew the entire subscription.

I initially bought the neckband to help me sleep, and it works better than expected. The biggest surprise is how well the alert and focus frequencies work. I especially use the focus frequency to lock in and get some work done. Can’t believe I actually feel the difference. Highly recommend this product.
