It's a really cool concept. But I could not feel a difference whatsoever. Also, I feel like it is too big and awkward to have around your neck. Especially when you are sleeping. I think it would be a lot better if it was designed more descreet and compact, and fit more comfortably. I can see the potential, but I just could not feel a difference at all. I definitely would not pay that much money for that. At all. Not worth it to me.

An outstanding product!

Still haven't received it. It as ordered on the April 19th today is May 3rd. And I get this email to rate it. Maybe you guys should focus on the shipping part more than the reviews.

Bought it for the 14day trial. Shipped super fast. The app and device seem kinda glitchy. It has a hard time pairing with Bluetooth at times. The app will just stop the signal while it's on alot. So then you have to reconnect and pick your blend or signal again and restart it. I do think it does something. Just don't think it's worth the price or hype. I'm sending it back.

I was blown away by the fact it actually helped me sleep. I am getting 2-3 hours more sleep a night. The fact I can also use for energy and focus is just a bonus.

They received my return as stated in their return policy but still no refund 2 weeks later. I doubt that I'll ever see the money and if so I'll repost. Their phone is ALWAYS busy so no one answers and the chat line is never working. If it smells like a rat it probably is a rat. This is a follow up review so after a month of waiting for my refund customer service sends me an email to review them, So of course I did and while I did FINALLY get the refund it was only after my bank contacted them. You still cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service so I stand firmly behind my original post!

Fraud fraud fraud Resent me their 'device'. The second one was just the same useless trash as the first. Messaged them. No response. Charged their goddamn 'subscription fee', After my email that their second device isn't working as well. Responce: 'My sincerest apologies. I have reviewed our past correspondence and do see I missed a response from you. I apologize for my error. Unfortunately, I would not have been able to provide you a refund for the device on 12/13 as the indiegogo campaign has long been over. In addition, on that date you were outside the return window. I can refund your membership and have already done so. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to show in your account. I can cancel that membership so you will no longer see any charges, and have been authorized to grant you 3 free months.' A year later.... Just found out they charged me their 'subscription' again. Please, find a spare hour to report them to every governing authority you can find. Inglorious b......s UPD: they issued a refund for their subscription, two days after this review. There was no email explaining what happened out there.
