Customer services was exceptional. The wrong ebike was shipped and HAOQIE contacted us to inform us ahead of time. We were able to refuse the delivery and return it to the company. They immediately shipped the proper bike along with free gifts to compensate for the inconvenience. The Antelope is every thing I hoped for. It was easy to assemble and operation instructions were clear. It's a great bike. The only problem I have with the bike is the handlebar loosens and doesn't stay tight. I have to keep the allen wrench with me.

I decided to write my review after my 1st 100 miles....the bike is awesome cant get enough of it. I waited 2 months which was well worth the wait the folks at haoqi kept me well informed on any movement while being shipped. I’m contemplating on buying my wife a haoqi mustang and my brother might be interested to. So future customers HAOQI.. GREAT BIKE!

This is my second Hauquie and I have been very happy with them. No problems. A strong, sturdy bike. Good value all around.

I was searching for an e-bike that was very well made but not costs a fortune. I found Haoqi to fit the bill. These bikes are top quality and the ride is fantastic! I bought my wife the folding squirrel and I have the black leopard. There are many e-bike companies out there but if you want one that will last give Haoqi a look. You won’t be disappointed!!

I am very happy with my new Mustang. Right out of the box, I rode it on a 30 mile round trip. Just as I had hoped, it smoothed out the road. A pleasure. I have several trips in mind. I’m looking forward to them. A side note: the customer service was personal and very helpful.

I am incredibly impressed with Haoqi’s customer service. One of my Camel e-bike batteries quit charging and needed repair under warranty. The entire process was fast, smooth, and hassle-free. Their team was responsive and professional. They first send me a different type of charger which still did not work. Then they told me to send the battery in for repair. I sent my battery in and got it back in like new condition way faster than I expected. They were quick to provide updates and make sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to see this level of care and efficiency these days. Huge thanks to the Haoqi team for standing behind their products and keeping me riding!
