Hangers.comReviews of hangers.com

Good product. One more coat of the clear lacquer would have been better. I have to watch out for snags from the wood.

Box was damaged-wooden hangers were scratched. CS rep sent more hangers quickly. I appreciated that.

Promptness

(This review was submitted by Patricia, not John) These are high quality hangers. My problem is the metal ones are too thick and I would have liked to be given the choice to order fewer (10 instead of 20, for ex.).

Dividers arrived in promised time frame. Drawer divider packaging was a little dirty. Items inside were fine. Not as strong as other cedar dividers I have purchased.

I placed a wrong order for pants/shorts and suit hangers on 8/28/21. The company was excellent in accepting the return. I immediately placed another order and paid for it on 9/1/21, received order on 9/7/21. My original order consisted of 17" Natural Wood Anti-Theft Combo Hanger W/ Clips & Notches - 100 pcs & 17" Natural Wood Suit Hanger W/ Suit Bar & Notches - 100 pcs. The replacement hangers for the 17" Natural Wood Anti-Theft Combo Hanger w/Clips & Notches - 100 pcs, were not as quality made as the originals. The hangers were not properly packaged as previously, as the hangers appeared to just just be thrown into the box. The metal clips are very hard to slide and grind. Unfortunately unable to oil, as it will stain the clothes. My original return was received by your company on 9/10/21, but no refund has been processed. Therefore rated a 4-star.

I would rate this experience as 5-stars, except that I left a message over the weekend asking for a call back, but did not hear back. The filling of the order was flawless.

quality is good, but the stain on the wood was not consistent.
