Informing me after I place the order…
Informing me after I place the order that it will take 2 months to send is not acceptable, particularly when you do not offer a way to cancel the order due to the delay. You should provide an estimate for delivery before payment! Will never order from you again.

Have not received them

Disappointing Service
Why show your hangers as being available on your website when in fact they are not? It is a waste of time for customers to go through the purchasing process only to be notified they are not in stock.

Unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered the hangers only to find out several days later that they are not in stock. Could you have mentioned that on the website? Now I have to wait months for my order. Seems to me that in this day and age, the hangers should be marked "OUT OF STOCK" when you initially try to order. Please get your act together. An unhappy customer.

Disappointing Experience
My previous experiences with this company have been positive, but this time not so much. I ordered hangers and after a few days received word they were out of stock. A substitute was suggested. I agreed to that and was told they would ship 6/2. I have received no tracking info and no hangers. I emailed the person who contacted me about the different hangers. She was on vacation but due back 6/14. Today is 6/15. I was also told the substitute hangers would be a little cheaper but have seen no adjustment to my account.

Placed an order and was then canceled…
Placed an order and was then canceled because of zero stock on item. Would be nice to update website quantities before customers are buying and placing orders .

We apologize for having to cancel your order. We completely understand the frustration of going through the ordering process only to not receive the items. We supply hangers from households to large corporations and as much as we try to forecast, at times we cannot plan for some inventory level adjustments. The good news is we are always replenishing stock. Also, we are always looking for ways to improve and your feedback will be taken into consideration. Thank you

We understand you're frustrated with not receiving your order and do apologize for the inconvenience. We did notice half the order shipped and half was on backorder. If you didn't receive an email about in-stock dates or have yet to receive the shipped hangers, please contact our customer service dept at 1-800-336-2802 and we would be happy to provide information regarding your order or options for the hangers on backorder.
