The bookends were very well designed . Only a genieus could come up with figuring out how to design the individual parts. Spares for easily broken parts is a good idea although I only needed 1 spare. The instructions for the "Sakura" were not as good as for "Sunshine Town".

The kit was fun to do. I added many other items because I thought it was too empty. I'm giving it to my daughter in law as a Halloween birthday gift. She loves Halloween!! Good quality, easy instructions. I'm looking forward to more new and colorful kits. I have made over 25 houses and love them all.

My kit was missing one of the bags, so I called Customer Service. I spoke with Alex Park, who sent the requested bag very promptly. Alex was also friendly and courteous, two much-appreciated traits.

Had 2 pieces break, and they replaced them very quickly. I was able to use their online messaging tool to request the replacements, and I expected it to to take forever to receive the pieces. I was pleasantly surprised.
