NO customer service or warranty support…
NO customer service or warranty support at all. After numerous emails to them. Disappointed. Finally I did receive a response and they are working to provide warranty support. It’s a shame it took this much effort, but they gave been very kind and good about it once we were able to connect.

Smaller locomotive and tender & large pendulum clock
The wood used in these smaller models is very thin and very brittle. The wood also tends to delaminate. It only takes a very small amount of pressure to break the wood. The larger clock model had an issue with alignment. The clock hands tended to hang up on the clock face.
