I was charged but never received the product. When I emailed an inquiry, I was told, " Unfortunately, we don't have control of the product after it leaves our facilities and is in the carriers hands. We recommend reaching out to your post office again to see if they have it and USPS."

Love, love this hand sanitizer. It has the perfect consistency, not too sticky. The scent is also pleasant, very light. I am wondering though where I can find the expiration date on bottle.

Hi Christine, Thank you for your comments! We are grateful for your feedback and support. The expiration date is located on the can symbol on the back of the bottle. The 12 means our Hand Sanitizer is good for 12 months after opening. It has a shelf life of two years. You can still use it after two years, but there is no telling the effectiveness. One Star for switching ingredients; 5 Stars for the Citrus hand soap (pump): Although I am very happy with the Citrus hand soap (orange bottle), I am giving the company a One Star because when I compared the ingredients on the Citrus products (small and refill bottles), they were not the same. Should be able to buy a product, love its ingredients and not have to read the label again each time you purchase the same product to ensure that the formula has not changed. Same goes for your values and commitment to the environment...if you say you will use aluminum bottles and somehow they are not available for one of the products, do not substitute with plastic bottles--if that is one of your key values and differentiators.

Hi Elise, Thank you for voicing your concerns. We updated our formula meaning the Refills and Hand Soaps will match once we run through our older inventory. With that being said - the quality, ingredients and efficiency still meet all of our high standards and claims. All of our ingredients are clean and abide by our No-No list. We are in the middle of transitioning our entire product line that was once plastic into 100% recyclable aluminum. This takes time and doesn't happen all at once. If you're referring to our Sugar Scrub, we need alternative packaging as it's near impossible to use a pump for Sugar Scrub due to its thick consistency. We aren't substituting any packaging as that was the original. We are in the middle of redesigning our Sugar Scrub packaging to avoid plastic altogether. We are 100% committed in our efforts to reduce plastic waste and create products that are not only good for you but our environment as well. I hope this helps! Selection is limited right now but I found a few things worth purchasing. I enjoy being able to use the bar soaps they last longer than hand liquid soap. These soaps are also supporting a good cause.
