Great Product! Ordering was simple and easy. The knife comes in a really nice box and case. It works much better than I thought it would. While it’s not appropriate for every cutting situation, it’s the right tool for the job more often than not. So I leave it sitting out on my desk next to my normal hobby knife. I would also like to highlight that even though it looks a little big, it’s perfectly balanced and easy to hold. Totally worth the money.

It was easy to order and delivered fairly quickly. The tool works great and is extremely quiet. Packaging for the blades needs to be improved as about 6 blades had the points chipped.

I bought a Hanboost C1 Ultrasonic Cutter (Creator package) and a sanding set. There were some minor issues with the delivered content, but the support fixed it within a fair timeframe. The tools are great and do their job. So I'm a happy customer.
