Nothing wrong with the knife, it works as advertised. Delivery was done to a house not even close to mine on another street. A lady called me stating she had received a parcel with my name so I drove there. The address on the parcel was mine but yet where it was delivered wasn't even close to looking like mine. I still recommend the knife

The product is quite decent but it took so long for it to finally arrive after pledging, like it seemed to take almost the whole year ..

Bad vibration when chuck installed. Very little torque.

Ordering was fine. It left China and got to New Jersey, US and had been sitting there longer than its trip from China? What's the hold up?

I have been waiting for my delivery and or updates which I have not received. I ordered my Hanboost ultra sonic cutter over 2 weeks ago (lost track of order) no update or delivery

Everything was nice, but the time taken to send the order.

Delivery was perfect and the rotary tool is great value for money but there were a few issues that were apparent when I first used the tool. Initially the chuck release was fused and was very difficult to unlock, I had to spray WD40 oil into the mechanism and carefully use multi grips to rotate the chuck release to get it to unlock. The tool then worked fine. I would also second another review that the default direction of rotation is incorrect, it rotates towards the user rather than away from the user so a direction change is always needed when first using the tool.

Dear customers, just check your order, and the delivery to Iceland is a bit late, and we will push the delivery for you as soon as possible.
