Prompt shipping and response to a problem ( which turned out to be mine not yours)

The product arrived damaged from shipping, but Hanboost customer service resolved the issue by sending a replacement tool. I look forward to using this for my plastic model dioramas.

I am happy with the product, however during kickstarter campaing they could have managed communications a bit better just by posting more regular updates with little details to show how the progress was going as well as maybe providing a better way of communicating shipment address changes etc.

Heb de Hanboost s2 2 jaar en is nu al kapot. Weinig gebruikt en alleen voor licht werk. De verbinding motor en bithouder is defect. Hanboost service reageerde snel en kwam met een acceptabel aanbod om het gereedschap te vervangen. Communicatie verliep uitstekend. Jammer dat de S2 niet eenvoudig is te repareren, omdat alles verlijmd en geklemd is. In deze tijd zou dat toch mogelijk moeten zijn. Het ontwerp van Hanboost S2 is prachtig. Mooie behuizing. Weinig geluid. Snelle wisseling bitjes mogelijk. Licht en ligt prima in de hand door de smalle uitvoering. Vreemd is dat de draairichting tegengesteld is aan wat je voor boren nodig hebt. Draairichting moet telkens omgekeerd worden voor boren. Bithouder is 2.35 mm wat het onmogelijk maakt om de gebruikelijke 3.2 mm bitjes te gebruiken. Er zou een soort beveiliging op moeten zitten die het apparaat tegen overbelasting beschermt. Ik hoop dat mijn 2de S2 het langer doet.

A little expensive but well worth the money, not only for modelers but any hobbyist needing to make precise cuts...a must have on my work table...without a doubt.

It has made my modeling 10x better. I use it 90% of the time when cleaning up my3D printing.

The products are great I own three types of them customer service takes time to get back to you, but they eventually do pretty happy with it. I had a package that was damaged. They were quick to give me something to make up for it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Fast shipping. My ultrasonic cutter cuts plastic easily with little effort. My only gripe is it arrived with the battery at about 0% and had to charge before I could try it out.
