Laundry was returned under wrong name and my hotel could not find it. The bag I sent my laundry in was not returned

I have a back injury and recently had my dryer catch on fire. Already handling a stressful situation, I was very happy to hear a stress free service existed. Pick up and drop off? Not sitting at a laundry mat and hauling my clothes with a toddler sounded like a dream. Definitely turned into a nightmare. I'd like to start by saying my clothes smell lovely and we're folded with care. The quality is wonderful. However, I scheduled my pick up from 8am-12am. No one contacted me when no arrived during those hours. I reached out and then they informed me they were having driver issues and let me decide if I wanted to proceed. I did, they picked up my clothes at 5pm Saturday with the expectation my clothes should still be dropped off at 8-12am next day. Sunday comes along and I get a message at 8:30 saying that actually my clothes won't be delivered during those times. They asked did I want to proceed. I said I did but asked for estimated time. Worker advised he wasn't currently with my clothes but he'd let me know. Never did. I reached out at 5pm to see what's my status. They said it was being loaded and in route. It's almost 9pm at this point. I get a message stating they can not drop off without successful payment. I'm surprised because I thought I paid before service was handled. My card declined because of the 70 dollar charge suddenly became 200 dollars. They ran my card without permission initially with a tip increase. I put at 7 dollars but now jumped to 17. The website states you final charge my be adjusted due to weight. Didn't tell me they adjust the tip as well. They stated my clothes were 90 pounds. I am skeptical of but I accept. (Will put photos to show the laundry I had done. )It's my first time using this "luxury " service but became more stressful than just doing the task myself. I am not cheap nor unfair. I'm not disputing the charge or the tip because I was raised with integrity. I could very well be ignorant of how business practices are done but I'd like for the public to hear and decide if they felt this was a 200 dollar job. P. S. I used the third party app Hamper that said it's against their policy to tell me the name of the vendor. Which is a lie, no where in terms and conditions does it say I can't know the vendors name because no, I wouldn't spend 200 of 4 bags of laundry and no, I wouldn't use the service again. Yet it was an hour conversation before I eventually had to go google hunt the name of this company myself. Edit: I asked for a manager to show me in my terms and conditions where it states they can not reveal the vendor and they still haven't replied because no such thing exist. It's like Doordash not telling you the name of the restaurant that messed up your order. No one has gotten back and it's been over 24 hours. They say they respond in just a few minutes. But I guess that's only when they are in the right. The name of the direct vendor is Express Laundry Service. Do not use them or Hamper

Order was wrong. Price and option available when placing order did not match price and service after pickup. Return was delayed. When order was supposedly returned, nothing has been received. Update my order 111118 still has not been returned now making it 5 days late. No update on when my clothes will be returned except for “it will be there tomorrow”. And my bill now shows $1,612 for 20 shirts to be dry cleaned. Could not be more unhappy with everything especially the customer service.

Multiple items of my laundry delivery were missing; customer service was inconsistent of answering the phone but would respond over message with an AI responder.

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The delivery is terrible, the driver came upset, cursing and near-yelling because the type of pickup wasn’t communicated. The pickup and delivery were late beyond the window on BOTH ends, messing up my work meetings. The app is supposed to allow driver tracking and communication but it does not. My delivery was two-hours AFTER the latest time of the window and there was zero communication. I had to reach out to re-coordinate delivery. After all of these issues, customer service was TERRIBLE. I was a first time user looking for a new service and they did nothing to address these bad experiences. They were only willing to my to offer a *small* coupon for future service. WHY would I use them for a future service if they do nothing to address issues for this one? They are terrible. Don’t waste your time or money.

If I could give them no stars I would NEVER use this is service! They don’t check pockets of clothes for pens etc and ruined up to $500 worth of clothes with zero compensation. They promised to call me to discuss and never did. There are much better services they are awful never use them unless you want to waste money

Terrible service. Do NOT use them. You will be disappointed. I think the owners Gabriela and Laura aren’t communicating. I ordered service they never showed up three times, I was going to cancel Gabriela assured me she would be on top of this. So they picked up the next day and they dropped the sheet set which I really needed washed and ended up on the Front sidewalk. Then they delivered by dropping off not in person like I requested and none of the clothes were sorted and mist were inside out and different folds. Several socks are missing and one bra is missing as well as Hawaii Kona T-Shirt. Then the driver walks in my Fri t lawn and breaks the sprinkler. Omg! I just was about to wear my nightgown and not only is it smelly but none of these clothes were washed! Shame on you!!!!! They are awful and wannabes. They refuse to pay for damages or to refund. Good riddance!!!

Very disappointed with this service. We left our laundry bag at the bell desk for collection as instructed, but it was never picked up. Customer service later claimed it had been collected after we followed up the next day as we hadn’t recieved any notifications. We had also confirmed with them beforehand that they needed to let us know where to send the barcode bag tag—but they never requested it. As we hadn’t received any notifications, our follow up was a chance to ensure it had been collected however it wasn’t investigated and we were left with no clean washing. Would not use this service again.
