I accidentally chose ship to store -in Colorado- I live in Minnesota. Someone at Hammonds noticed this and called me to check before they sent it out. Because of this I got my package in time for Christmas.

I had an issue with some breakage in shipping and Lori made sure I received replacements in time for a party I was hosting. She really went above and beyond to delight a group of preschoolers!

I’ve loved buying from Hammond’s in the past ordering each of the kids their favorite flavors of candy canes. This year however they opted to only sell in sets of six, except for clove. Wasn’t about to buy 36 so I could get 6 different types picked two types and had disappointed kids.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, Bob. We are working on functionality that will allow customers to mix and match flavors to create their own assortment in the future.

My daughter and I had a great time visiting their production facility tour. The movie was well done and informative and seeing the magic happen was lots of fun! The candy cane given out at the end of the tour was a nice touch. Thanks!
