Prompt service and good communication but I wish Hammond would again stock these at Wal-Mart as they did in the past.

While we started as a small family business with a loyal local following, we have now grown into an iconic brand with international distribution. We went on tour and some people with facial hair were no wearing the beard guard cover properly. And the sample "candy Kane" we received was in prices and the kids just threw them away.

So worth a visit while in Denver! My family enjoyed the tour and were impressed with the quality of products. We are now forever Hammond Candies customers.

It was interesting and informative. The tour guide didnt seem like she wanted to do her job. She had a bit of an attitude and short temper. Would have like to seen more of the process. It was ok, I wouldn't do it again. My sister bought some Mexican candy and it was moldy so, be careful with that.

1 guy working in the factory while we toured... How do you all make 10000000 candy canes a year with 1 employee working
Response from Hammond's CandiesJul 24, 2019
Hi Joey, we appreciate your valuable feedback. Production does slow down in the afternoons, especially during the hot summer months. Our team is working on some adjustments so that every tour has plenty to see. We hope you will come back and visit us again.

Took a tour while in vacation in Denver. Compared to other factory tours was not as fun for the kids. (For example, Jelly Belly factory had lots of interactive exhibits on the tour so I’d recommend that), but if you are in Denver with a sweet tooth and time to kill, its slightly more interesting than visiting a candy store.
