We love hearing this! It's amazing how the little details can completely transform the look of a Tesla, and we're so happy you're loving yours! The logo tag is such a nice finishing touch, and adding the Custom Numbers would definitely take that personalized look to the next level. We'd love to see how your final setup turns out! Thank you so much for your support and for being part of the HALOBLK family. It really means a lot to us! — The HALOBLK Team

Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review! We're delighted to hear that you found the installation easy, appreciate the premium quality, and love the look of your wheel covers. We also completely understand your point about accessing the tire valves. Your suggestion of a small access opening or removable cover is a great one, and we'll be sharing it with our product development team as we continue improving our designs. We truly appreciate your support and the time you took to help us make HALOBLK even better!

Hi, Jeffery We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your disappointment. We recognize that the appearance and everyday practicality of our wheel covers didn't meet your expectations. More importantly, we're concerned that your return request left you feeling unsupported, especially after your attempts to reach us by phone and email. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding a return, you deserve clear communication, timely responses, and to feel heard. We sincerely apologize that we fell short of those expectations. We would appreciate the opportunity to personally review your case, including the original return decision and your previous correspondence. If you're willing, please contact us at "[email protected]"with the subject line "Trustpilot Escalation"and your order number so we can identify your case and work toward a fair resolution. Your feedback matters to us, and we take both your concerns and your trust seriously. Warm regards, The HALOBLK Team

Thanks so much for the detailed review! Really glad to hear you ended up loving how the HALODISC 2 looks on your Stealth Grey Model 3 — and even better that you’re seeing a noticeable improvement in efficiency on highway drives. Sorry about the tape though. We definitely appreciate you calling that out, and it’s something we’ll keep working on improving. Hope they hold up well for you for many miles to come.
