Very misleading discounting — buyer beware I received a quote of approximately $250 for blinds, including a 20% discount. I decided not to order at the time because the delivery would have coincided with my holiday. When I returned, Halo Blinds was advertising a 45% discount. New quote $319. On investigating further, I discovered that the original prices appeared to have been substantially increased, by about double, making the advertised discount far less impressive than it seemed. I find this pricing strategy extremely misleading and believe customers deserve much greater transparency about original prices and advertised discounts. It has seriously undermined my trust in this business. My advice is to compare prices carefully before ordering and not to assume the advertised discount represents a genuine saving. I found the same blinds for $240. I would not order from this company based on my experience.

Delivery took a lot longer than expected. Once they arrived, like many others, they did not work. I was in contact with support as they were looking for a solution and then they ghosted me. I put in a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Disappointing outcome as we were hoping for 100% blackout as advertised.

Blinds took forever to be made. I paid extra money for faster processing and it still fell in the normal timeline. I contacted them for a refund for the money for the faster processing and they keep giving me a runaround saying to contact customer service, but when I do, I never get a response back about it. The blinds are literally shipped straight from China, so you have to wait forever to receive it. Very misleading. I did not think that this product, looking at the website, would be shipped straight from China and nowhere on its website does it say that. Very misleading. I have not received my blinds yet.

Blinds are paper thin and don’t block any light. Frame arrived warped. The sealing mechanism around the window frame doesn’t work. Light gets in everywhere the paper blind meets the frame as well. Complete junk. Avoid

⭐️ Very disappointing experience with HaloBlinds Delivery was advertised as 3–5 days, but my blinds took several weeks to arrive and were shipped directly from China. When they arrived, they were faulty: the strings were too short, the blackout blind did not cover the full window, and the fitting instructions were difficult to follow and incorrect on two occasions. Customer service initially did not offer a refund, and resolving the issue required several contacts and a warning that I would dispute the payment through my credit-card company. They eventually agreed to a full refund and confirmed I did not need to return the faulty blinds. Although I received my money back, the process was stressful and time-consuming. I recommend checking the small print carefully, especially regarding dispatch locations and return arrangements. Based on my experience, I would not order from HaloBlinds again.

This company is a FRAUD. THE BLINDS ARE NOT AS REPRESENTED. IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT Together AND INSTALL 4 times heavier than the video. Comes apart when you take them out of the box. NOTHING LIKE THE TRAINING VIDEO. THEY WONT TAKE THEM BACK. THERE IS NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. THEY WONT SEND YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! Complete waste of time and money!!!!!

Absolutely do not buy anything here! I paid 140 euros for a curtain that is simply useless. Due to poor design, they left insufficient clearance, meaning the mounted curtain completely blocks my window. You can't even use the window normally anymore. Instead of properly fixing their mistake by issuing a full refund or sending a suitable alternative, their customer service is downright appalling. They are now trying to take the easy way out with a so-called 'goodwill' refund of 30% and telling me I can keep the useless curtain. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't do anything with, and I've still lost almost 100 euros. This company takes zero responsibility for the defective products they deliver. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money, and look for a more reliable business.

Don’t waste your money!! Utter garbage and not from the UK as it appears. Takes ages to come from China!! Mick is not Mick but Mae from China even though they appear to be UK company, names and videos. Spent a thousand pounds on 6 blinds thinking would get quality for that, oh how wrong i was. Nearly impossible to put together as frames bent etc…. Not truly blackout either. Only on second blind and does not stay up when opened so would be down all day! Still trying to work out where they go also as despite labelling them on ordering they did not come labelled so have to work out the different sizes and my windows are all similar but not quite the same!!
