Hale Pet DoorReviews of halepetdoor.com

Made in America is the first thing that drew me to this pet door. Ordered online and received within a week. Great quality and customer service.

Durable product. Shipping took quite awhile and we had to call them to get an update. Other than that, the product is high quality and our dog loves it!

Quality product and great customer service. A winning combination.

Quality door that stands up to the test of time. Just replaced our first door flap after 12 years of use.

I have been using Hale pet doors for 5 years. I have not had any problems. Works and looks like the day I installed it.

this was hard to review. I think Hale makes a quality pet door(although you will pay for it), but the installation of the universal door was very difficult. the instructions were impossible on my screen door. I was able to install it, but I had to cut part of the door which voided the warranty, but in the end, I think it may be stronger than their install.

When I ordered my door I was not paying proper attention to some of the information necessary for Hale to get my door right. I got an email right away to make sure I really wanted what I wanted. Very helpful

Have had a Hale pet door for 9 years and loved it but needed a taller door for my crippled little dog....New door is perfect for her...Thank you so very much.
