Ordered items, given tracking number, said delivered but never received. Email said go to post office and then submit lost certificate to them for replacement. No record of tracking at usps. No reply to second email I sent. Total scam! Do not order from them.

This is a total scam! Same story as basically everyone here, ordered a book shelf, was sent a bogus tracking number, it was never delivered. I contacted them they told me to go to the post office to get a “written” proof of item lost…the post office said they don’t do that and that it isn’t a real tracking number. Total fraud. Very disappointing. Please don’t shop here.

I didn't order from here because if you look at any of the things with words, like books, they're not real letters because the images of products are AI generated and AI has a problem with making letters. There is no actual product to take a photo of, which is why you're seeing so many people saying they never sent anything. Sometimes companies like this will give a tracking number, but they send it to a different address and it's seeds or something, so it shows as delivered. The post office won't tell you what address it was sent to with the tracking, only the city, but they will tell you how much it weighs.

SCAM ALERT !! This website is fake. They give you an order confirmation, a tracking number and even respond to emails but will never send the products to you. Rather keep saying they have delivered the product to you and try to offer you a partial refund saying you might have lost the parcel. Do not buy anything from them.

I order giant flowers, never got the order, customer service gave me tracking information but it was not valid, tried to contact and they never got back to me or refunded my money. Would never order anything again Buyer be ware

Scam Placed order, twice the amount advertised came out of my account. No order confirmation received. I emailed them no response. Judging by all the comments, scam.

Haleith said that they sent us our wooden shelves but they were never delivered. What followed was a huge stream of "you need to provide us with proof it never arrived" such emails. I went to the post office and showed them the tracking number which isn't a number the post office uses. It was never in the USPS system. This is a scam! Avoid purchasing anything from this company.

Ordered two items. Shipping said it was delivered but it definitely was not. I work from home and nothing was delivered. Scam
