If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am more upset with myself for not looking at their reviews. According to the bogus tracking number (which the Post Office just confirmed is in fact invalid) I received my package last week at a time that I was sitting at home. I immediately contacted customer support which has proven to be extremely unhelpful. I was told USPS delivered it but then it could also be FedEx. They were dismissive and said that it was signed for. I was home at the time of delivery and didn't sign for anything. Let me also add that the "Expedited" service is also BS. You cannot expedite in 5-8 business days from China. But that is my stupid error and their benefit. I am not as upset about the money as I am that an entire company was created to scam consumers. Please find a way to have them reported, accounted for, and shut down.

This company is the biggest scam ever, beware of fraud. I ordered, waited a month and was told my parcel was delivered, but never received it. There are so many of these people that sell through Pinterest, could be same people that create different accounts under different names that sell same stuff, dirt cheap, but charge you in US dollars and they give you the runaround. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE ORDER.

Full scam. They give some third party vendor tracking details and make us wait for 3 weeks and then says delivered. There is no proof of the product delivered, no picture nothing, no contact details and when ask for refund they want us to go and get proof of loss. Where are we supposed to get the proof of loss and the audacisty that they have is since you cannot show proof of loss w can give you only 10% refund. They have a bad logistic or lets say a scam.

Nunca enviaron mi pedido es una stafa

Never got my order. I also believe that these criminals gave out my credit card info to other criminals and I had to get a new card. This site is a criminal organization.

I found the website on Pinterest and ordered items, but I have never seen them. They sent me a tracking number, which I tracked from Nov. until this past Sunday. And yes, it stated the package was delivered on Saturday, which is untrue. Tried to contact customer service, but nothing has happened yet. This site should be removed permanently for false advertising and taking people's money. BIG SCAM AT IT'S BEST
