A family member sent me examples of some "natural tree" bookshelves and similar "tree branch" shelving to purchase for my home. The prices were an immediate red-flag, not to mention how they could possibly ship these - and then i looked closer... If you look closely at a lot of the "photos", notice details like flooring seams not lining up, baseboard molding intersections beig off, and trim/wall lines - many of these are AI generated images. Be careful.

I bought 2 flowers which I saw on Pinterest. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my recent order. There was very limited information provided about the delivery time. The only emails I received were an acknowledgement of my purchase and then another stating that the parcel was on its way. Since then, I have had to keep checking the tracking information for almost three weeks from this suspicious site. There's no information on their website on Google. When I checked the tracking again this evening, I saw that the parcel was marked as delivered on 24/08/2025 at 12:30. However, I was at church at that time, and I have no idea who the parcel was delivered to. No “missed delivery” card was left, and there was no note to say it had been given to a neighbour neither was there email. The tracking only states that it was delivered to the house, but without a door number, that could be anywhere. I have been emailing Haleith if they could you please confirm exactly which address or door number the parcel was delivered to so that I can follow up? If I do not receive my order, I will expect a full refund. This has taken far too long, and for my very first order with them, the experience has been extremely disappointing. However, nobody has responded to any of my emails.

I have paid for a table and still hasn't arrived. I think PINTEREST should take them of their site because alot of people have had the same problem. They are a scam company.

Haleith is such a scam!! Please DO NOT purchase anything from this website! They took pictures from Wayfair asvertising as their product and then sent me a totally different product. I just happened to be looking on Wayfair and found the EXACT picture they were advertising for their item. Not only that, the company promises refunds wuthing 14 days, yet they've ghosted me for over a week now requesting a refund on three occasions.

This is a scam DONT ORDER. Paid never recived my order. You get a shipping number that tracks nothing, not recognized. SCAM

Haleith Company: Hong Kong Yixinwang Co., Ltd. Address: Room 101A, 1/F, Chun Su Industrial Building, 56 Kai Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong Is such a scam. You place an order from their website. In my case, I ordered three artificial grass animals (a large elephant, medium size elephant, small elephant, a floral wall background, and a small turtle). They give you tracking using 17ten.com (never heard of this tracking) with a tracking number beginning with an A and is not recognized by the USPS tracking system (FedEx, UPS, doesn’t use this number either). I tracked this package for 19 days (every day). It says it delivered but I was home the time of delivery. Go to the Post Office and it’s not in their system. I emailed Customer Support email address (your only option of contact). No customer service phone number (a huge red flag right there). They said it delivered. Every email reply back is a different lie: it delivered, it doesn’t show up in the Post Office system, we lost it, someone must have stole it, etc. The company lies more than Donald Trump. They mention offering a 20% to 30% refund but they aren’t responsible for lost packages. I forgot to mention I’m an expert tracker working with USPS, FedEx, and UPS from my past job. I requested the shipping courier name, shipping courier’s tracking number, and photo proof of delivery. They never provide that information, and give you a different excuse with each email reply. Buyer beware. They will rip you off. The thing that boils my blood the most is seeing the disappointment on my wife’s face after we were looking forward to these items for her upcoming birthday party. Haleith goes through a lot time with a beautifully designed website - uploading photos, text descriptions, etc only to steal money from people and not fulfill their promises. If the company was located in the United States, I would file a letter of complaint with the BBB.
