On the rare occasion I wasn't happy with my order, the customer service was excellent

In addition to have great products, Halara has the best customer service i have ever experienced. They are easy to communicate with and very helpful if you order the wrong size or lose your gift card.

I keep ordering Halara pants. Love the fit and stretch and get so many compliments on them. They wash and dry beautifully. My go to! Easy to dress up or down. They have great sales. Can't comment on Customer Service because I've never had a problem. Will keep buying!

Everything was clear and consise

I was very easy once I figured out the size I think I should get. We'll see. Had to return one item because it was to small. Received a gift card on return so used it here.

This company has consistently impressed me with quality and service. On my last order, I got a dress to wear to my friends baby shower and unknowingly also added two preorder items. The preorder items were going to prevent me from getting the dress for the baby shower on time, so I reached out and they were able to send me the dress in time. I ordered shorts, leggings, and dresses a couple weeks ago. I absolutely love everything. The material is so silky, evening send to run true to size. I just ordered more shorts and pants (the flowy ones with the front slit about to the knee). I tracked my order through the Halara app, and I'm so excited for my next round of clothes to get here! And no, I'm not being paid or compensated to write this review. If I didn't like the stuff, I'd very much say so.
