The ordering process could be easier. The trash can is not aligned with the right product, causing me to delete the incorrect order several times. I previously ordered 3 pair of the 7" shorts (I love them!) so I also wanted to order some longer shorts as I am very tall. The process took much longer than anticipated.

Received a coupon code for 25% off all items, however it did not work. When received it clearly did not have any stipulations...it stated 25% of all items, period. Went to redeem, stipulation was must spent $399 for 25% off. False advertising!! Very disappointing and misleading!

Okay Ill admit that I do love the comfort of their clothing, and my return experience (only once) was extremely easy. HOWEVER, my issue is their misleading and dishonest pricing, specifically on clearance/sales. Items clearly marked "Clearance Sale: Marked down to $4.95", BUT when these $4.95 clearance items are added to the bag they reflect original prices or very slightly discounted "sale" prices. When I queried customer service about this, their explanation was 'clearance items COULD be $4.95.' Nowhere on those items' pages does it state item "could be $4.95" - clearly bait and switch. Very disappointing

Update: I received my items, and while they are OK, they aren't great. Shipping was good. Didn't take too long for items to arrive. Material isn't what I thought it was. The dress I ordered is a very artificial feeling material. The fit is OK and it look meh - I will keep it to use as a cover up of sorts. My biggest complaint is that they offer you a 25% off coupon if you sign up for texts. The reality is that it is not a 25% off coupon. It only added up to 0.05% discount. It was actually less helpful than just using the free shipping that was offered. This is a total bait and switch type of scam and makes me wonder about the company. I did go ahead and order something. We'll see how the product is and how long it takes to arrive. Just don't bother signing up for text alerts - the coupon isn't what they said it is.

The site was great. The quality looks good on line. We will see when it comes in. The welcome discount is deceiving. It tells you if you sign up for text messages you will get a code for 25% off all items. What it does not tell you is that you have to spend $399 to use the code. False advertising. That is a lot of money to spend for the first time trying a new product.

Clothes are pretty good and fit well. Shipping times are fine, usually about 1-2 weeks from order to my door. My issues are that there are no bigger models for the clothes. Its hard to tell if something will actually fit when every model is a size extra small. Also, the sales on the website are kinda dubious. It feels like there's certain items that are always on sale, so therefore youre not allowed to use coupons on those items. Lastly, all the clothes fabric is 100% synthetic and not recycled.

I was given a code for a 25% discount, or so I thought. The discount was actually based on how much you buy. So bc I only spent $60, I received no discount. I hope the clothing is worth it.
