I just got back from getting my hair cut. I had two different stylists working on my hair at different points throughout the appointment. Both of them commented on how soft and silky my hair felt (without knowing that the other person said the same thing). I have been using the Rich New Wash for about four months now and love how it gets rid of my frizz and softens my hair.

I bought the deep new wash from Hairstory. Unfortunately the product wasn't for me but the service from the company was 5 star. When the product was first delivered it was super fast and well packaged. The product itself also comes in a recyclable non plastic pouch which I loved. After using around 4 times and realising it was not the right haircare product for me, I contacted customer services to initiate the money back guarantee. My email was answered swiftly and the refund processed straight away. Such a shame the product wasn't right for me as the customer service from the company was amazing!

I’m shocked at previous reviews. I’ve used Top brands and this is the best!! It’s creamy in texture I just used my fingers to massage it in and work though the lengths and my previous frizzy hair is silky smooth. Needed nothing else. No greasy residue. Will definitely keep using it.

I am really surprised to read these negative comments about Hairstory original shampoo. I works really well for me and, even though it is a crazy amount of money for a bottle of shampoo I have already bought another so that I don't run out. I have quite fine hair which can be flat. I don't like faffing around with lots of product but often did to get ' body'. Most crucially, I have NEVER been able to only shampoo my hair - I always have to use conditioner other wise I cannot get a comb through. I really do love Hairstory. I only need to shampoo and then rinse thoroughly. This is really important. My hair is definitely shinier, bouncier, just better. I will never use product to style it again, and will never need to use conditioner. So for me personally, that is worth paying this much for only shampoo and getting the best hair I think I have ever had. My hair is just above shoulder length, I really wish that I had started using Hairstory when it was longer, I imagine it would have been gorgeous and I would never have had it cut. Another advantage is that my hair lasts longer between washes than it ever did before, and in fact looks better ( for me that's more body) in the days after the day it was washed. I do think the key thing is to not use too much and to rinse, rinse, rinse! Clearly it works for me, and I will definitely keep buying it.

I have tried New Wash, and it was not for me. However, the shipping back to the US cost the same as I would get as refund. Hairstory refunded the price of the product without me shipping the half bottle back. This is just amazing customer service!

When i received my package the top had unscrewed and a little bit had spilled. When i contacted Hairstory they responded within 24h and send me a replacement bottle right away. Wonderful cutomer service! I also LOVE the product. It took a little trial and error, but i have now figured out how the product works best for me.
