Its legit! Im not someone who usually keaves reviews but wanted to for this awesome course! One of the most enjoyable and beneficial courses I have done which has had a widespread effect across my overall health not just my hair. Having it as a challenge with accountability meant I actually completed the tasks and was able to share it with like minded people along the journey. It has helped my hair and given me the motivation to make positive changes for my overall health. Highly recommend.

I have been having horrible hair problems for the last six years. I used to have gorgeous hair to my mid-back, and it suddenly started falling out, getting frizzy, breaking, and being dull. My scalp was scabbing and itching. This was pretty uncomfortable and a big downer because I always considered my hair one of my best features. After completing this challenge, I made several tweaks to my routine and learned that many of the products I was using that I thought would help were harming - including the shampoo from my dermatologist! I have seen a significant improvement over the two weeks. And though the homework can sometimes be intense and a little time-consuming, I feel like the effort I put in paid off and will continue to pay off as I see the more long-term effects of the changes. In just two weeks, my scalp has stopped flaking and turning red, and I no longer have bumps. My hair has more volume and is not greasy or frizzy. When I comb and style my hair, the hair fall is about one-fifth as much as when I started. I would say this has been pretty successful for two weeks! I had no idea shampoo or styling products could be so harmful! This is a great challenge, and I think the money you spend on it is minimal compared to what you get from it. I am already saving about $80/mo on haircare items alone. That's almost $1000 a year! Thank you, Sarah and team!

I can't stress enough how much knowledge this 14-day challenge gave me! As someone who does a lot of research before making any beauty purchases, I was amazed by how much I still needed to know about good hair care. I'd recommend it without a doubt to anyone looking to level up their hair care game!

This course is very pleasant and I think Sarah provides a lot of helpful insight throughout the course. I have gained some new information that may have the potential to make a big difference in my hair journey. Some information was more of a confirmation that I’m already on the path- I.e diet and lifestyle effects on hair care. Just like any short course, I think there is always more you want to know and probably need to do to master hair care. But I do think it is an easy decision to make to take the course if you want to gain some really handy knowledge to get started. I’m looking forward to applying more of this knowledge I gained and observe the effects on my hair. Also. I’m really loving my new shampoo. No regrets here!

I would like to be able to attach my before and after pictures here, because I can definitely see some changes in my hair, after the 14 days. While some information is more basic, I definitely got some gems out of this and some things were truly eye opening, like the selection of the correct products.

I totally recomand learning from hairqare what is required for having and enjoying beautiful hair. Is an educational program with a 360 degrees approach relearning what and how to care for yourself. Is a life changing program because it motivates to do the missions from fun and care, so after enjoying the results would be impossible to choose to go back. In the advertisement I loved Sarah’s hair and now i know 100% that is possible also for me having and enjoying beutiful hair. Can you imagine a life when you wake up in the morning and love your body? Love your hair? I gained so much knowledge in the last 14 days and is just the beginning and now i know that also before i had so many good intentions but good intentions without education and knowledge are not having the power and potency to change anything. Thank you Sarah, thanks Hairqare team. Loved every second of the missions.

This challenge has been insightful. I did un-learn a few misconceptions, and started to practice new rejuvinating practices for my hair :-)

Omg! I've learned so much! My hair, body and mental health is grateful to have participated and started a journey towards growth in so many ways! After only a few days, my hair is shiny and soft and I will no longer use products or ingredients that are bad and harmful!
