What made my experience great was learning more about my hair and understanding that hair care is not just about using products. The challenge helped me become more aware of my hair care routine, ingredients, nutrition, and other factors that may affect hair health. I also enjoyed trying different things and observing how my hair responded. I appreciate how the missions encourage me to learn and make more informed decisions about my hair care. I'm still working on my hair fall, but I've gained a better understanding of my hair and what I need to pay attention to moving forward.

My hair care challenge journey
I started this challenge because I was experiencing a lot of hair loss and split ends. My hair felt less full than I would have liked, and I seemed unable to grow it past a certain length.
I had seen this hair challenge pop up on my feed multiple times, but I was a bit skeptical and wanted to do some research and read reviews before committing to it. In the end, I decided to give it a try after reading positive stories. After all, it couldn't hurt to try!
Fourteen days is still a little early to see any significant differences, but I can already tell that I'm experiencing less hair loss. Sarah has taught me so much about the impact of diet, meditation, and exercise on hair health. I've started incorporating these things into my daily life, and I genuinely feel so much better and more energetic.
It's definitely a lifestyle I'd like to maintain, and I can't wait to see the long-term results!
I think that's actually the biggest win of this challenge: it's not just about taking care of your hair, but also about taking care of yourself. ❤️
Thank you, Sarah! This has been an amazing experience!

Mindset transformation
I entered this challenge in hope to better my hair, my look, the texture of my hair. It was dry, stiff and it tangled really fast, and i tought it really needed some love, care and attention, so i saw this post on instagram that said all the things i needed to hear: if i want to learn how to treat my hair AND to learn how to make a natural, diy shampoo, and this idea really triggered my desire to enter this challenge. I joined it immediately, and even it is not completely free, for me, that i dont buy almost anything from this kind of advertising, it was some well spent money and i really learned some helpful things and changed my perspective of how important and how a healthy lifestyle can be good for ALL our body, not only mental and kilograms, but especially for the hair. My hair will thank me, the journey for caring for it just started, it needs a little extra care to get rid of the damage that it supported from coloring and seborrheic dermatitis treatments, but i am glad i had an opportunity to have a new start. 🥰
Thank you so much Sarah, and to all the Hairqare team, it was an perspective changing opportunity!! 🥰🥳

More Than Haircare: A Journey Back to Myself
When I started this challenge 14 days ago, my hair was shedding much more than usual, losing its natural shape, and looking increasingly unhealthy. After moving countries, changing my diet, adjusting to a different climate and new haircare products, and going through the emotional stress of leaving 22 years of life in the U.S. behind, my hair seemed to be reflecting everything my body had been through. It was especially unsettling because I hadn’t experienced anything like this in years, and I really wanted to understand what was happening and how I could help my hair recover.
I joined the haircare challenge immediately after seeing the ad. I’ve been on a health-empowerment journey since childhood, and after years of navigating my own health challenges, I’ve learned how important it is to understand my body and take an active role in caring for myself. The idea of learning to make my own haircare products was especially appealing because I wanted something intentional and personalized, rather than another beauty trick with its marketing promises. I was excited to learn, experiment, and discover what actually worked for my hair.
I’m already noticing some encouraging changes! My hair feels wonderfully clean, has more volume, and some of my natural waves seem to be coming back. Most excitingly, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in daily shedding compared with what I was experiencing before the challenge. I’m still tracking my progress and want to give it more time before drawing any firm conclusions, but these early changes have made me feel genuinely hopeful.
My biggest win is realizing how empowering it feels to understand my hair and create something specifically for its needs. Making my own shampoo and seeing how my hair responded was such a rewarding experience. But the benefits go beyond my hair. This challenge has reminded me that I can keep learning, experimenting, and making informed decisions about my well-being instead of feeling dependent on products or advice that may not be right for me.
After such a significant life transition, regaining that sense of confidence and connection with my body feels particularly meaningful. I joined hoping to improve my hair, but I’m leaving with so much more knowledge, curiosity, and optimism about my overall health. And that, to me, is priceless. Thank you, Sarah and team, for this eye-opening experience!

When I started the challenge I was…
When I started the challenge I was experiencing a lot of hair loss, my scalp was oily and ends very dry and brittle. I could never grow my hair because of the breakage and it just always ended up looking very ratty, limp and unattractive.
I joined because I had been struggling with my hair for some time and nothing seemed to be working… it just excited me… I loved the idea of making my own shampoo with wholesome ingredients that I knew would be good for my hair and scalp… and have you seen Sarah’s hair 🤣 there’s no better advert than that!! the reviews all seemed amazing and it just felt right.
My hair is getting better… using my shampoo for the first time felt amaaaaazing!!! It just felt soo soo sooo goood on my scalp… every inch of my being was like….. this is the real deal…. This is the good shit 😜
My biggest win was all the knowledge and awareness I gained from it and of course a real chance to have a healthy beautiful hair…in the most wholesome of ways…. yaaay! This challenge gives you so much more then just great hair… 😉
Thank you Sarah and the team for this beautiful challenge and all the love you put into it… ❤️

Loved it
Good evening! I started this journey to learn more about making your own shampoo and hopefully conditioner. I did not think anything was “wrong with my hair” but now I have used the shampoo my friends comment that my hair has more shine.
I have been living in remote places where I would live for weeks on end without a shop nearby so the idea of making products from nature I always wanted to do.
I discovered a community, which I loved. Not a community like FB or Insta with adds and self promotion , but more about genuine questions.
I discovered how important discipline is in self are
I discovered how important food and excersizes are
I totally love there last few days!

Worth every penny
I decided to join the challenge because my believes about my hair recently changed ... I always thought my hair couldn't grow past a certain lenght, because at this lenght, it always starten to look terrible. Thin and broken ends were the reason I thought I had to cut it. I do not believe that anymore, but I knew my hair needed something. After I switched to natural products about 4 years ago, my hair was brittle and dry, but also got oily very quickly.
Besides this, I had a ichy bald spot for about 14 years ...
And now, I believe more than ever that I can have beautiful long and full hair. This challenge gave me a whole different perspective at haircare and I am detemined to find what works best for me and my hair.
After these 14 days, my hair looks shiny and more full. My scalp feels calm and I feel confident with my hair. My ichy bald spot doensn't itch anymore. And most of all, I am so happy with the results.
I truly loved every bit of this experience, just take it step by step, create some time for the challenge each day, and you will be a changed woman in 14 days 💖

14 Day Hair challenge
Hey, my name is Andra & I am from Ireland. I joined this challenge straight away, it just felt right and I had a feeling I will get my answers and I really did, this was the best decision and worth every penny.
I have very fine hair & they keep falling out, getting more gray, I actually was getting my first gray hair in my 20s and now I am in my 30s always thought it's genetics but it actually isn't.
I have 2 kids they are teenagers now and when they were small I always put my hair loss after the pregnancy but the only thing it actually never stopped, I am getting new growth and yet there is more falling out that they can grow, my hair is frizzy because of different lengths and very weak. I always dreamed of long beautiful hair. So when I started this challenge I was so happy to hear and learn the information as it's so packed with knowledge on how our bodies work & I just love learning and understanding everything on much deeper lever. This course is mind blowing. So far I have learned about what I am lacking in my diet and lifestyle which stops my hair from their full potential. Learned how to make my shampoo, I am still tweaking it which is so much fun as I love to create my own products. And also I have a daughter and she soo needs better products for her hair, I can see how her gorgeous curls are fading away, so now with this knowledge I can truly help her so she doesn't have to go through what I have all these years. I cannot wait for my progress but I am very positive I will get there and when I do, I promise I will share it with you all.
Thank you, and I love this community too it is so empowering.
