I'm about to graduate the 14 Haircare Challenge! I loved it. Learned SO much and I actually have seen progress in my hair. I'll be honest.. at first their was no way I was going to pay $250 to take this class.. I couldn't afford that as a 21 year old, but I signed up for the email list and BANG, they offered it to me at 85%!! At first, I didn't seem much hair progress but I LOVED the information I was learning, and then this morning when I showered, I looked at my hair and could really tell a difference. :) DEFINITELY recommend!

So I was a little bit sceptical about this challenge because I thought I already tried everything to help my hair... turned out I was doing everything wrong. I learned so much during this challenge, more than I ever thought. I would recommend this to everyone who is struggling with their hair!

This program was a value for money and it was really worth my time and my money. It was fun. You learn new and useful things! During this program I have learned that the outside beauty depends a lot from how we take care of our physical and our mental health! I have learned to detect the right and the wrong hair products and that is so important! I ve learned the ingredients my hair needs and how to maximize their absorption. I have read some bad comments and I am very upset for this. It was clear enough that this would be an introduction to a bigger journey and it is logical that we can't learn all the hair secrets just paying 30 dollars. 30 dollars is the cost of a brand shampoo that is probably the wrong one for our hair haha! I agree that the 5 week program is not affordable for everyone but it is totally worth it because someone is going to deal with our unique hair type and give us specialized instructions. I love you Sarah. I hope one day my hair becomes as beautiful as yours :") :*

I took the 14-day better hair and health challenge after seeing an advert about it on Instagram. I don't typically like to see advertisements on my social feeds because they always sort of feel random, but this was fate! After liking the page, I immediately signed up for Sarah's newsletter and spent a few days reading a bit of the content before officially joining the challenge. Thing is, I live in a foreign country where many people don't have my hair texture. I have multitextured hair (everything from curly to frizzy to straight — with a bit of effort) and finding a hair care product that's suitable for my hair is a challenge. This isn't my first time living overseas and certainly won't be my last, so I decided that I didn't want to struggle anymore. That I would have as much information as possible to tend to my strands. I also have always had a problem growing my hair past my breasts and I had hoped this challenge would give me the knowledge to learn why. Well, I got a lot more knowledge than I had anticipated. The most powerful challenge for me was learning about my vitamin and mineral deficiencies and which foods can provide them for my body. After taking the test during the second week of the challenge, I discovered (and wasn't surprised to discover) that I was deficient in nearly 9 different minerals and vitamins. This is not how I want to live my life and having the knowledge compelled me to move with urgent and responsible action. I began identifying which foods were readily available in my new location, how to get them into my fridge/pantry, and how to optimize every meal for maximum protein. I also downloaded a protein tracker mobile application. I want to make it a habit to track my protein intake every single day as I believe doing that and being aware of toxic ingredients in my haircare products is the most powerful and practice information to carry with me beyond the 14-day challenge.

This challenge has given me so much knowledge, and so many tools to help me lead a healthy life and have healthy hair. The team is amazing, they answered all my questions, and even commented on my update posts with advice or praise. The community is great! Being able to read everyone's experiences, talk about the challenges, and being able to go through the challenges together is so much fun! The information is so thorough and thought out. It is definitely a challenge thats for sure, but its the most fun I've had learning in a log time!

I have always had long hair but always struggled with split-ends, breakage and lack of volume due to having very fine hair. Now I feel like I finally have the knowledge to be able to take control over my hair health after the 14 day challenge. I feel empowered to be so well informed and inspired to keep working on my general health. I find Sarah very inspiring and the love the holistic approach!

I did not know anything about haircare before I started the 14 day challenge. It was out of curiousity that I joined (and also because of the really nice covid discount HGL applied to help us out). I did not really know what to expect and did not had much expectations, however I am pleasantly surprised! I learned a lot! I am a scientist and to me, knowledge and criticism are very important. I feel like the 14 day challenge provided me with basic but useful and truthfull information. It is very important to know about the benefits and harms of the products you use. But not only knowledge of products are key to succes, also a proper diet is very important (which is also explained briefly but clearly). The 14 day challenge is very much introductory, which is a downside to some people because often the efficacy of products depends on your unique hair profile (which you will not learn in these 2 weeks), and some people might already meditate, exercice or pay attention to their diet.. But for whoever, like me, is completely new to the world of haircare and selfcare in general, it is a very good start! However, without discount, the price seems a little high..

This one is totally worth it, if you are willing to make some time for yourself for 14 days!! I was sceptical, but now I am addicted.. It's really fun made, with video's, missions and communities. It covers A LOT!!! (Although it is just "scratching the surface") It's only 14 days, so be realistic in your expectations, but mine, they exceed.. After only one wash with the DIY shampoo my hair is softer, less frizzy, my scalp feels better. I have additions to my morning routine to keep my hair and body/mind healthy.. I absolutely love this challenge!
