I loved the 14 day hair care challenge and I’m so sad it’s over! These 2 weeks have been so much fun and also packed full of information, I’ve been big on taking care of my hair for 11 years of course I learned a lot in that time, but this challenge has taught me so much stuff that I didn’t know yet! Can’t wait to see what my hair looks like a year from now! Would definitely recommend this challenge!

14 Day Better Hair and Health Challenge
I just completed the 14 day Better hair challenge and I can't believe how much I have learned about how lifestyle impacts hair quality. I love the structure of the challenge and how it is broken down into small steps and activities daily to improve your hair and lifestyle routine. So clear and informative. I would highly recommend it to anybody who wishes to improve their hair health and quality of life and need to get started from somewhere.

Overall an amazing experience with a…
Overall an amazing experience with a great community
What I loved:
- The positivity this project and community offers. I felt like part of a nice group of people that care for the same thing and want to help each other.
- I aprecieted how Sarah was looking into how we can all change our routines and what would motivate us and help us change. (I really liked the egsamples made)
- I liked the structure of it, also the way it is set up. I personaly was really active, but if people want to just see the videos it is set up in a way that it isnt in your face. I think a lot of people enjoy that.
- I liked how active the hairgrowth lab ambasadors where! It really added to my experience.
- I complitely understand that this product was extrimely discounted and was meant to helpme get started in my hair journey. It absolutely achieved that. I think that if it was more then wha it is it would had overwelmed a lot of people and they would have given up, or wouldent be able to follow.
What can be improved:
- I would had prefered if the videos where a little longer and the missions for each day had a more specific deadline or where a little more chalenging.
- I really liked the nutrition booklet but maybe we could have heard abit more about the specific foods in the video too :)
- it would be really helpfull if we had more info and maybe more specific on how to use our shampoo and conditioner and oils/masks. For egsample i have seen that you have to shampoo 2 times and to only aply at the scalp etc. I would have loved to lern how to do thes things specificaly!
Overall I really enjoyed and would defenetly recomend :)

Best $ I've ever spent
I was a participant in the 14-day hair challenge. I was very hesitant to sign-up but this turned out being the best $ I've ever spent! It was life changing! Amongst other things, I learned that I'm not consuming enough protein and how to incorporate aloe vera for my hair health. I'm excited about the changes that I will see in my hair as a result of all the things that I've learned during the challenge and excited to finally be able to grow long healthy hair down to my waist.

I was a participant in the 14-day challenge for better hair and I've learned so much! It really put into perspective how the products I was using (which I thought were helping my hair) was actually making it worse! I've definitely been given the beginning tools to getting longer, healthier hair as well as an all-natural shampoo I can make myself (and save money!).

Love the 14-day challenge
Love the 14-day challenge. I was sceptical about this challenge, because really how can the challenge possibly fix the hair problems that I had for 10 years? But I was amazed at how the DIY shampoo helped me to get shiny and soft hair again. The most striking was that my scalp itchines was substantially reduced. Usually, I would scratch like a crazy stright after wash. After the first use of shampoo, my scalp feels so good and itch-free for a bout a day. Of course I did not expect the itch to go away, but I start to understand that the actually shampoos and hair styling things could be the reason for my slap itchiness.
Overall this course helps to understand how to choose the right hair care products, it teaches about which ingredients to avoid and what actually is good for hair. It covers not only hair but how our diet and supplements affect our hair and ho to make the right choices in order to grow better hair.

great challenge!
I was a participant of the challenge and 14-day challenge is a great experience. During a challenge you have a chance to re-learn everything you know about haircare. You can get also some new knowledge if you are interested in the topic or even change all you haircare routine if you are new to being a haircare maniac. Sarah has a very calm voice, big knowledge and good teaching methods. I really recommand it!

Fourteen Day challenge C.
14 day Challenge. Good for very beginners but average for somebody who likes to dig stuff on their own.
It's gonna be very long but I hope it can help people who are in doubt:
The good things:
- Sarah is honest when she says the information provided is a result of investigating.
- If you don't know anything about nutrition, product ingredients or oils (if you think an expensive product is gonna work better, for example) there's gonna be a lot of good information for you TO START. As she says, this is by no means an in depth review of what a mineral would do, how a specific ingredient behaves and why it does what it does, etc., so it's true that for a full change you need more.
- Also, if you don't know anything about making your own treatments or if you fall into the clickbait titles on YouTube or social media, you're probably going to learn some stuff which will point you in the right direction.
What I think they have to improve:
- There are some typos in the workbook and the PDFs given. Somebody may think it's not as relevant, but to me it makes it look less professional and for the price, these are details one should take care of.
- The number of pages of the manuals can sound like a lot, but that's because they have a lot of images and the font size is quite big, so when they say a manual is 120 pages, it's not really that long.
- I didn't find it a challenge at all, but this may be because I am a person who reads a lot, investigates a lot and is not overwhelmed by too much text, so I expected more from this.
- The quantities for the Shampoo A are expressed in different measurements, so if somebody wants to make more or uses imperial instead of metric measurements they're gonna have a harder time. I would have preferred the formula explained in percentages rather than tablespoons.
- There's a mistake calling rosemary extract (and some other non-preservatives) a preservative. I find it extremely important to note the difference between antioxidants and preservatives because many people will get confused if they want to dive deeper.
- I would have liked at least two or three options for Shampoo A, since it's the one I made and I found it "meh". Better than the store-bought, yes, but not a shampoo I would make again or stick to. I know no shampoo is going to fit everyone, but precisely because of that, you can indeed have some guidelines for a person to try one formula over another - without having to go in depth on their hair profile or environment either -, or to try two or three to see if one works better (anyway a store-bought can be already more damaging). That's something I'll have to do on my own.
- I understand 14 days are a limited amount of time to provide in-depth information (for most), but I found that to be very repetitive along the videos, so I understand why some took it as a hook for buying more expensive stuff. I think it would be better if you present it in a different way instead of repeating it in almost every single video.
- For the giveaway, I don't like the fact that leaving a comment on social media or a review here is something that gives you entries. Why? Because that's a tricky way to get a higher rate. Even if it's optional, if I had a company I would leave the work speak for itself and not let it influence a prize in ANY way (somebody who thinks it deserves a 5 star rate would do it for free, not to win anything). I am not participating on it because as you see, my review is not of 5 stars and I don't have my name here.
- I also understand some people may want the giveaway more than others, but there are other ways to still make it honest and transparent. To me, having to leave a public comment - even if it's optional, I say again - is a turn off because many people can just say "OMG it's the best experience, you go buy it" just for the sake of earning more entries, and the comment stays t/here even if they don't win, so for the company it's always a win.
Why did I join? Because I wanted to see if there was something I didn't know (indeed it was. I would have given it 1 star if it wasn't, but again, it's much less than I expected - probably just one or two days had the information I was interested in). Like I wrote, I am a person who likes to investigate a lot and by doing that I was coming to a lot of conclusions that I just confirmed here. In that sense, I didn't waste my money, but I would be quite upset if I had paid for the full price.
So, like I said, if you don't know anything this 14 day program is probably going to be very good for you (maybe the Shampoo will be wonderful. To some it seems it was), but to somebody like me it was average, so I would have to buy the 5 week program and it's something I don't think I will do unless I end up with a total failure with my researches.
