If you are looking for a trustworthy, scientifically-oriented approach to haircare, stop searching now — this is it! I purchased this program because the Hair Growth Lab's approach seemed suspiciously academic; all the nuanced arguments were in all the right places. Over the course of the challenge, the mission videos caused me to trust Sarah even more, for two main reasons: 1) The instructor (Sarah) and Hair Growth Lab flat-out refused to recommend any products, even though participants kept asking for it and would clearly get short-term satisfaction from it. This told me that their business model wouldn't even allow the temptation to compromise the integrity of the information they were selling by teaming up with a hair care company. The information had to stand on its own; and 2) Sarah continued to speak in a nuanced way about how hair care is unique to each individual person’s biology, diet, climate, even their inner levels of cortisol! She expressed in scientific terms how each person’s life is unique, and how that directly applies to the science of hair care. That’s not only obviously true, but also extremely beautiful! I was won over by the scientific approach, but the results spoke for themselves. I have never felt so confident about pursuing hair care in my life!

I'm so glad I joined the two week Hair Care program! I thought I would only get to hear things that I already know about. But boy was I wrong. And when we got to subjects like sulfates and silicones (where I thought I knew all about it) Sarah proved me wrong. Not only did she share a lot of information but also on how to apply it to your daily life. I can not recommend this challenge enough if you love your hair and want to keep it or want to get it healthy again.

I took part in the 14-day Challenge for Beginners. It contained lots of information, however, it actually is very basic. So I would recommend it to people who don't have a lot of background knowledge about this topic. Overall, it was a fun course and the challenge motivated me to actually stay on track. For me, the coolest part was the info about sulphates and silicones, as well as making my first own diy shampoo :)

I am so grateful I randomly ran across Sarah's profile on Instagram and I got to know about Hair Growth Lab! The 14 day challenge was an eye-opening experience, I feel like I have finally found source of a reliable hair care information!

I did the 14-day haircare challenge and really liked it. I loved to learn about haircare ingredients and how they affect my hair. I was able to change my routine with that knowledge and make better haircare decision.

I'm surprised at how much Hair Growth Challenge has offered me. Much of what was learned and can be done is imparted onto each challenger and each challenger can choose how much effort to put into it as much as they want. But the encouragement and push from Sarah and the team really helps make the difference.

I have seen my wife further lose confidence in herself as she has progressed in this program. She is having difficulty following the complex convoluted recommendations given, and she feels that it's her own fault, because she "can't follow the science" to "discover her own hair profile." Additionally, now she is worried that anything she may do, could simply further damage her hair. I didn't expect this program to cause so much discomfort.

I loved this challenge a lot. It was supper fun and I enjoyed every moment of it. 14 days of knowledge and better lifestyle info. It was definitely worth it. 😁
