I decided to accept the 14 day challenge because I believed Sarah. I have been on my hair journey since 5 or 6 years now and for the first time is saw advertisement that is not selling lies. It was, until 14 days ago, impossible for me to find professionals who really know about hair. Many ‘professionals’ follow mainstream lies about hair and products, these do not work for me. So when I saw Hair Growth Lab, with real people and real stories, giving information that was so hard for me to find all those years, I am convinced. It makes me really happy that I found Hair Growth Lab! Finally someone, Sarah, has teached me and tell me no lies. This is real and for a lifetime. It will save me a lot of money and gives me finally the result that i desire!!!!

First, I want to start off by saying that i Never enter these sort of challenges because I always tend to think they are a scam, or if I do enter them, I always try to get out of it because of regret that I bought into some marketing scheme. Now bearing that in mind, I am all about holistic approaches to better one's life, and since Covid have really began to turn my life into a more holistic and natural one, in all aspects. So when I saw how much of an emphasis Sarah puts into being natural and holistic, I was totally drawn in. I must admit, the cost of the 14 day program is not scary which also motivated me to join. Well, I can tell you that I am SO glad that I did. Here is why.. I literally had no knowledge of how harmful some of my products are, even the "naturally" marketed ones and the ones my own hairdresser swears by. Yikes right!? chemicals on chemicals.. no wonder my hair is falling out. Thanks to Sarah making me clean up my act, no pun intended, I have ditched the chemicals for some amazing natural shampoos she provided the recipe for. My hair has never felt better. I have literally used the shampoo once and my hair is so much smoother and airy then when I started. I no longer have straw for hair, it is a pretty empowering feeling. Now, I know you might be thinking this is just the beginning and how could someone judge off of a one time shampoo, but I have not received results like this from my chemical induced products, so it is giving me a lot of faith. Truth be told, even if this is the best it is going to get from the challenge, I am beyond grateful. I think there is a ton more room to grow and greatness to achieve, but in the interim I can confidently say that I have learned so much and have been given a boost of confidence to dive deeper into nourishing my hair and my life in general. In other words, DO IT!

I loved this workshop so much. The once "bad" ingredients in haircare are no longer scary and already my hair is looking and feeling much better. I've improved my diet and overall I feel better physically and mentally. I feel more confident in myself and have high hopes for my hair's future

Hello everyone, this is for people who are thinking of entering the 14 day challenge. I have been trying to improve the health of my hair for a while now, I do it simply because I discovered that it was possible. Whenever I asked people about this topic most of them answered me with a product, for those of you who have received the same response that I received I share with you that here they will respond with knowledge, (Expect principles, these are keys to healthy hair) they will share information to educate people, more than how to remedy a problem from one day to the next they will make you understand things to do and avoid to heal your hair, obviously not everything is covered because the problems can be very diverse and complex but it is a great first step, I recommend it if you want to begin to understand why.

When I first came across this from an Instagram ad, I thought it was a scam and probably not worth much time. I've never been so happy to be wrong. This course slaps! I can honestly say that you learn SO MUCH, whether you do the short 14 day course, or the longer hair care collective. You are taught about chemistry, basic physics (if someone as dumb as me can understand it then fear not, so shall you) and so much about hair I never knew before. I actually really highly recommend this to anyone who, like me, wasn't genetically blessed & is struggling in any way with their hair.

For someone with hair issues this is truly a life saver. I learned so much during only 14 days. The challenge is packed with high quality in-depth information. I also loved Sarah’s integrity: she truly cares about making your hair the healthiest it can be, instead of trying to sell products that might not work for everyone. Highly recommend!❤️

I liked this 14 day challenge to improve your hair routine and make your hair look and feel healthy. The most awesome was a day, when we made our own shampoo. It was very easy to do, just mix all ingredients. Now I know how to balance my meditations, work outs, vitamins and of course better hair routine.

Hair growth lab has been a game changer for me! I have always had thin raged looking hair and was looking for change to fix it. That is when I first ran into the 14 day challenge and decided to give it a try. I loved it so much! My hair had already started looking better which blew my mind!!!! I had been trying to get my hair to look better basically my whole life and nothing else worked. I loved the challenge so much and wanted to join the hair growth lab bug did t have the money at the time. That is when they came out with the hair growth collective community which made low payments each money so it wasn’t so much money up front. I have enjoyed that program as well and it has dramatically improved my hair that I had several comments from people that knew my before saying how much my hair has improved. I did learn you really do need to stick with the lessons in order to see results cause it is a wholistic approach. This program has even helped with stress management and being healthier both physically and with food! I love it so much!
