In just two weeks, your confidence in yourself and the things you can achieve for your hair, your health and mind, will have been expanded in an unbelievable way! This challenge is something much more than a hair care routine. It's practical and theoretical and it's a hollistic lifestyle that can be truly beneficial for every aspect of one's life.

14 Day Better Hair & Better Health Challenge
I'm just wrapping up the 14 Day Hair Challenge and I would say yes, it's worth the money (I think I paid $25). While it is quite general (so that it's applicable to everyone), some sections do go into detail, especially the one about hair care ingredients - and that is a topic I never thought I would delve THAT deep into! Now I feel a lot more empowered knowing what hair care product ingredients are what, and which ones to stay away from.
The course also offers a fresh perspective around hair care, and that is that each person has a unique hair profile (they don't really go into this during this course) and in order to achieve your best hair, you need to commit to figuring out what works specifically for you. It's really setting you up to start your hair care/growth journey by providing the fundamentals (hair care ingredients, nutrition, stress management, etc). Honestly, it was perfect for someone like me who had been experiencing hair issues, but had no idea of where to start. There is so much misinformation on the internet, and it's hard to find a trusted voice.
In the end, I can't say my hair has improved much since the start of the challenge, and that is mostly because the DIY shampoo did not quite work for me. But that doesn't bother me too much, as I know different things work for different people, and I just need to continue to experiment to find a routine and shampoo that suits my hair. Hair is a long-term thing, after all, and the work I'm putting into my hair will start to show as new hair grows out.
One last note is that the more you put into this course, the more you will get out of it! If you do the workbook exercises and contribute to the forum, it will become more of an experience for you. Otherwise, it will merely be you absorbing information through video format.
*edit*
I am revising my review to cover the last part of the challenge. (This portion wasn't originally covered in my review because I was asked to post a review before the very end of the challenge.) There is a 40 minute sales video of Sarah trying to sell you the Hair Growth Lab program for the last "mission". Of course, this does not at all nullify the usefulness of the 14-day challenge itself, but 40 minutes does seem a little excessive to me. In fairness, you are of course free to just skip this video, but it became very apparent that the 14 day challenge is basically preparation for/funneling you towards the larger program. It is a very well thought-out sales strategy.
Lastly, the winner for the scholarship giveaway (free access to the Hair Growth Lab) was not announced through email, as I anticipated, but merely a small line of text at the end of the last mission page that gets updated after each challenge. I had to ask about the results in the forum since it is not at all clear when/where the results are posted (an automated email goes out saying the results will be out in a few hours, but I could see that the old winner from the last challenge was still posted 2 days after the challenge ended). This made lose confidence in the integrity of the scholarship giveaway... Just something for the Hairqare team to consider.

I learned some myths about ingredients…
I learned some myths about ingredients in shampoos that aren't always bad as well as blacklisted ingredients. The program gave many exercises to tackle your hair problems from many different angles. If you're a beginner to shampoo myths and want to dip your toes first before buying the Hairqare lab I suggest taking the 14 day challenge like I did.

I find the course sooo interesting and so complete!
It changes completely your mind about a lot of daily things that we don’t realize how much they affect our hair.
It gives me a hope to finally have found a solution for my hair ( and that’s no genetic )
sooo happy

I loved how eye opening this challenge…
I loved how eye opening this challenge was, the way I shop for hair products is forever changed and I’m feeling grateful to be so informed.
I also loved how extensive this was at looking at all aspects of health and how it affects your hair. Giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because some lessons I felt really could have gone deeper instead of giving quick info that we could only dive deeper on in the next course

If in doubt, DO IT!!!
I was sceptical when I first signed up for this as I thought I knew quite a lot about hair care, but I was wrong! I have learnt how lifestyle and diet affect your hair and how the products I thought were helping were actually doing more harm that good.
For anyone considering doing this, I would urge you to do it. It has helped my hair, given me a plan to continue to help it further but it has also made me reminded me of how I needed to reshape my lifestyle practices.
I am grateful I accepted this challenge!
