OMG. The most rule person over the phone. Would not even let me finish my concern before she talked all over me. No people skills at all. Even from the the beginning she interrupted me during the greetings. Tell me ur name for I can find u on the system as I was saying good morning. It only went downhill from there. People with that attitude should not be talking with good paying customers. I am a repeat customer. I was only expressing my concern and I was ready to order another system. I was gonna request a discount cuz the system was only 2 months old. She couldn’t say NO fast enough. I wonder if she was this way cuz my name is of Latin decent or is she is way straight across the board. I ask to speak to the manager on duty or the owner, her reply was was I’m the MOD at the moment. Owner please take her off the phones you just lost a customer. No one should order from her. I forgot her name as I became upset over her attitude.
