Just bought the device and started using! Loved that it’s a good alternative to expensive in-office treatments. Only complaint was it took awhile to ship but it did get here eventually.

I received the product, but unfortunately, it broke when I opened the packaging.
I contacted customer support and they said they would replace the product.

Total scam product does not work at…
Total scam product does not work at all, and they try to give discounts in exchange for writing reviews. Predatory BS “money back” policy. Their head of customer service was incredibly unhelpful. They go on here and try to bully customers into removing reviews as well to tell you about their ethics.

Great Support
I needed a replacement part for my laser cap. I am 84, and often need extra time. The agent was patient and polite, double checking to make sure I was ordering the right part. (By the way, my hair looks great.)
