The Supervisor was no help whatsoever, in fact he was ignorant and arrogant and completely dismissed my problem, and kept talking over me. He should not be in a supervisor position because he doesn't know how to properly deal with customers, he was argumentative and did not even try to help or show any consideration. I wish I had done more research and read reviews before dealing with Hairmax. I regret my order but I want to warn any other potential customers to take it from me they RIP you off and once they get your money they evade your calls and dismiss you. You are left to fend for yourself. There are plenty of reputable hair solution companies avoid Hairmax, you will be disappointed , I am now left to fend for myself and I actually found a better company but it's too late I can't return the product because I would pay through the nose to ship it back from Canada to the US. Stay clear of Hairmax, you will regret being taken in. Also with the discount I paid $630.00 US funds and they put on the customs declaration that the item is 1067.00. It is no wonder the duty was $157.00 C.O.D. What a rip off and the company still shirks their responsibility to the customer. Remember without the customer your product doesn't get bought. My opinion of this company is now worse than previously stated. If I am able to help other customers avoid Hairmax company or be ripped off, then I've saved other customers from making the same big mistake I did. Buyer beware, this company will scam you and then when you have a problem with the product, they ghost you!!!!!!

Import costs are determined by the Canadian Federal GST of 5%, known as VAT, and unfortunately, we are unable to control these costs. VAT in Canada applies to most goods and services, with exemptions for specific categories like health, medical and dental services, legal aid services, long-term residential rentals, music lessons, and some child care services.
