My experience with Hairmax has been nothing short of outstanding. I have been a customer since 2015. I recently upgraded to a new Lumina 272. I received follow up phone calls after receiving my new device, to check if I have any questions or concerns, which I appreciate. I spoke directly with Carlos several times as well. His customer service is exceptional. He is so easy to speak with and so very very knowledgeable. He has worked with me a lot and is very dependable & reliable with his help. I feel lucky to have him within a phone call if I need any assistance. Thank you Carlos and thank you Hairmax for having such a caring team member.
