Hi, I loved the shampoo and I received it in a timely manner. I took one star away because the delivery person threw the package on the porch and it scratched my door! It’s a deep enough scratch that it can be seen from the walkway. Please encourage the delivery people you use - even it it is UPS - to PLACE the item on the ground, not chuck it in the direction of the door. It can leave marks that can’t be erased and leave damaging scars. Thanks for letting me vent.

I have used this product for MANY years. The Matrix Biolage styling Gelee I I received was very watered down. I do not believe it could be called a Gel.
