I ordered 3 bottles of shampoo. Shampoo in a plastic bottle with a protruding pump should not be shipped in bubble wrap in a plastic bubble bag. It should be in a box. I ordered 3 bottle of shampoo. One bottle was fine. On one bottle the pump broke. And the pump on the last bottle popped up and leaked.

The customer service experience was great. I did have an issue with the product I ordered I've used the product for years and it was not the same quality. That being said, the company made everything right by sending me a return label as well as processing a quick refund. Because of the great customer service I would use the company again.
