I have no complaints.
I have no complaints. I received my order within a week and I love the shampoo and conditioner. I knew I would. My daughter recommended it and she knows what's good.

Damaged order-addressed by company
One bottle leaked and only 1/3 product was left in the bottle. All other bottles were covered in the leakage. Also, the top covers were taped on with scotch tape which did not adhere. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience! Edit: follow up customer service was great and I received a refund for the damaged bottle.
