When you give a customer free shipping based on the amount of money they spent with your company the product should not be shipping on a slow boat from China. No one wants to receive they product 10 days after placing their order. That is ridiculous!

Hi Cheryl, I see that this order was placed just last week, and it was shipped within 1 business day by UPS. We are based in Brooklyn, NY, and all of our products ship directly from here. Since it is being transported across the country, this can take around 5 business days. We also had a holiday and inclement weather this week, but despite that, the tracking shows with the expected delivery date of today or tomorrow. The free shipping service on our website includes standard ground shipping, and we have an expedited option available for an additional cost. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions about this. Thank you for shopping with us, and we hope you enjoy your purchase!
