Sebastian Laminates Hair Spray
Service was exceptional, but the 2nd time I used the hairspray, the pump no longer worked. I purchased 3 and so I am on my 2nd spray. this was always my favorite hairspray and so excited when I found it, but to have it and it not work is kind of like not having it at all.

We're so sorry that you're having trouble with the sprays. We take great care to test our cans before sending them to avoid this issue. It often happens that aerosol cans are affected via pressure during transport. I would suggest trying the following steps: Remove the nozzle and ensure there are no blockages. Soak the tip of the can in warm water for 15 minutes. Hold can upside down, and spray while upside down for at least 30 seconds. Shake vigorously, and try the above steps again. If the above does not prove effective, please let me know and I'd be happy to remedy this on our end by sending you a return label for any defective items.
