Seller sent product as advertised. I received them as promised and in good condition.

I like the product. It's a great product but when I receive the package, there's only packing list there. I wish I could get an invoice with the package so I can easier share the info with my friend.

I was under the assumption when I paid $18.99 to receive my product within 1-3 days that's what I understood that I would get. So I called when after 5 days I hadn't received it and left message. Sara called me back couple days later and explained weekends and holidays, which I have always known that delivery drivers work during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Anyway she refunded the $18.99. I just told her that if it was going to take that long I would have done regular delivery at no charge. I received my Big Sexy flat iron and love it.

I love the product and being able to order through this company. I had trouble negotiating the website and ended up calling in my order. The rep was very nice.

I placed my order easily on line and the product arrived quickly with no problems at all.Thank you
