review matrix smoothing oil
I am so happy to have found this site!! I tried ordering Matrix products on Amazon...all fakes😠then I found Haircareandbeauty.com.....love everything about my experience!! Fast,cheap and the actual product!!

Fantastic Transaction!

very unsatisfactory to do business with!
Did not get the whole order and even substituted for something not even close to the original order . I would not do business with this company ever again and hope everyone else do the same. Once and done with this company!!!!!!!!

Response to problem slow
I was sent the wrong product and left voicemails and emails over a couple of days. I tried to 'chat' but was not able to. On day 3, I decided to give up and write the company off in the future. However, that same day, I did receive a phone call apologizing for the delayed response. The new product was sent and I was advised to keep the wrong product. So, in the end I am a contented customer.

COULD BE PERFECT BUT NOBODY HOME
I found the the website, delivery time of product and product itself to be awesome, BUT THERE WAS NOBODY AVAILABLE when I called, nor was there anyone there to forward me a key code so I could set up an account. I felt sure that I was scammed. If I was HairCareAndBeauty I would put someone in their office.

best ever !
im on my third one but its to my own doing . 1st one i let it burn out by mistake and the 2nd one i dropped and cracked the plates . Not even 48 hours later i ordered my 3rd prayers i dont break this one lol.Been using this product for years my favorite ever.
