I was pleased with the product and how quickly the order was shipped. Unfortunately, the postal service lost tracking of it several days later. After a week, I contacted somebody at HairCareAndBeauty. They immediately looked into the situation and my product arrived two days later.

I ordered some tanning lotion on line, paid for it and next day got an email stating it was just shipped. 2 hours later I get another email that says the product was damaged in the warehouse so they will be refunding my money and the item is not available. How can that that happen?? Left doesn't know what the right is doing. Very bad customer service.
