Items arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I ordered 2 large bottles of shampoo and 2 large bottles of conditioner from this company. When I received my box, it was soaked with the biggest mess I had to clean up. The lid was off of one of the shampoo's and when I called to tell them, the girl had the NERVE to ask me to return the bottle with what was left in it!! REALLY!! IT WAS EMPTY! Are you kidding me! VERY RUDE!! They did finally send me a replacement for my shampoo!

The product I ordered arrived quickly and as expected. The product has been discontinued from Redken (I couldn't find it in stores or on their website), and it was very expensive on Amazon (more than twice what I paid at your site).

It was easy to order on their website. They carefully packaged the product so it wouldn't leak in shipping. I received the product as ordered.

Perfect find! even though this has been discontinued by Pureology, I found it on-line, took a chance and purchased it. I was not disappointed. I love this original Pureology product.
